• Dictation: Users simply speak, and the system automatically converts it into text. This is a time-saving solution, suitable for those who are busy or on the move. The feature currently has 6.6 million monthly active users, generating 330 million messages.
• Voice Message Transcription: Helps users receive information in quiet environments (such as classrooms or offices) without needing to play audio aloud. It now serves 7.3 million users per month, processing 125 million messages.
• Text to speech Message: Converting text to speech, supporting situations that require hands-free attention, like driving, cooking, or exercising, without missing important information. Currently, there are 2.6 million users/month, with 41 million messages converted into speech.

Zalo has also introduced AI features tailored to older users. For example, Video Call Subtitles, currently in limited testing, has been warmly received for making communication clearer and more accessible. Besides these, AI is also applied to user protection, such as Image Search and Inappropriate Content Filtering, contributing to a more efficient and safer experience. • AI Avatar: Creating personalized profile pictures using AI quickly became an Internet trend. Users can freely create images, expressing their personality in novel ways that were previously difficult to achieve. This feature is widely used during holidays such as Tet or National Day (2/9) to help people express their sentiments.
• AI Greeting Cards (Thiệp AI): Transform greetings into poems, rap verses, or playful creative messages. This feature not only brings joy on special occasions (International Women Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, etc.) but also helps people express affection in a more intimate and unique way.
• zSticker AI: Allows users to create one-of-a-kind stickers based on existing characters, with various emotions, actions, and outfits. During the trial phase, this feature attracted 1 million users, generating over 8.6 million unique stickers.
